Taking Care Of Inner Health 2.

Taking Care of Your Inner Health 2.

The first of these two Inner Health articles dealt with diet, healthy eating and exercise habits. This article deals with hygiene and avoiding the dreaded tummy bugs.

Poor hygiene can lead to food poisoning and gastro-enteritis. The biggest cause of food poisoning is transmitted from the hands of people who do not thoroughly wash them after visiting the toilet. A few weeks ago, when I first started planning these articles I decided to do a private poll on how many men fail to wash their hands after visiting the toilet. The result was a real scary 60%. Obviously this figure cannot be claimed as totally accurate because I did not hang around public toilets for long periods; instead I just took my time when visiting a public toilet, washing and drying my hands thoroughly. During this period I found that around 40% walked out without washing and a further 20% just flicked their hands under running water. Parents please note that the time to educate your children about washing their hands starts as soon as the start going to the toilet alone. Habits that start in early childhood usually remain with us.

Eye Tricks

Eye tricks? What can you do with your eyes? More on that in a moment. First, let’s look at what you can tell by watching a persons eyes.

By watching what they are watching, you can learn a lot about people. What kind of women does a man look at? Does he pay any attention to the game on the TV? Note whether he seems bored or interested as he looks at different things.

Eye watching tricks – part two. You can tell what people’s minds are doing when they are thinking or asked to remember something, according to neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioners. This following is true for most right handed people (reverse all this for left-handed people): As you face them, and their eyes go…

Up and to the right – They are remembering a visual image.

Up and to the left – They are constructing a visual image.

To the right – They are remembering sounds or conversation.

To the left – The are constructing sounds or conversations.

Down and to the right – They are in an internal dialog.

Down and to the left – They are accessing kinesthetic feelings, tastes and smells.

Corporate Social Responsibility:By Dr Shanker Adawal

There are customers, employees, shareholders and the neighbours. The business class should render their support to the general people. If they will be uplifted socially and economically, the productivity of the corporate is also bound to increase.

The corporate sector in India very often blames the government for poor governance and lack of farsightedness. The question that comes every time into mind is, do the corporate sector performs its duty to contribute to the overall growth of the country? Does it have right to blame the government for poor governance? Does it contribute to nation building?

In India, most of the corporate do not have a clear policy on social responsibility. While developed countries like England have separate ministries to look after the issue of corporate social responsibility, in India, the government does not have a clear policy on the issue. Out of very few companies who contribute to the social development, the basic intention was not to ensure the good of the nation, rather a business policy to stay away from the tax net.

The corporate and the government should try to build up a relationship between the business and the society. The concept of corporate social responsibility

Anatomy Of An Internet Marketing System

Please let me tell you about the Internet marketing

systems I use and find helpful. This information may be

of some benefit to you, especially if your goal is to

monetize your site or earn an income from your online

marketing.

My name is Titus Hoskins and I own and operate a very

modest marketing website called http://www.bizwaremagic.com

I have been designing web pages and sites since 1998.

I have an Art/Education background but in the last

couple of years I have been studying online marketing

systems and using them.

Yes, studying them, since I have an art background I like

to examine beneath the surface of things or structures in

order to get a clearer picture. I like to see the whole

picture. The big picture. But the underlying elements behind

these complex systems interests me the most. What’s beneath

the surface excites me, the structure holding everything

in place. How they are designed, the methods and tools

used to make these marketing systems work.

Keep in mind, I still feel a bit funny calling myself an

Internet marketer. Last week my marketing efforts make me

around a thousand dollars; don’t know if that

Think You Don’t Have What It Takes To Own Your Own Business? Think Again!

Years ago when the Internet first started, just about everybody thought they could jump in and profit from their own home-based business. And why not?

The optimism is warranted. A home-based business can give you immense time freedom to be with the ones you love, pursue your interests, or simply earn a good income without having to commute to a job and boss.

Within a few years, just about all of us working online knew people who had succeeded magnificently in their home business, many earning hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars.

But, sadly, the vast majority of people didn’t make much if any money in their home-based business. They quickly discovered some of the pitfalls.

The biggest problem was after you sold your shiny new product to your friends and family, you didn’t have anyone else to sell it to. You made some money your first month, but soon the business died from lack of customer interest.

Let’s face it, advertising, prospecting, and selling are probably the hardest parts of running a business. You may be thinking you can’t own a business because you don’t like to sell.

Today you don’t need to be a selling dynamo

Health Insurance Terms and Definitions

One of the biggest problems for most people is simply understanding the health insurance benefits that they have. For the most part, health insurance policies try to be user-friendly in their wording, but many people are just not familiar with medical and insurance terminology.

Most health insurance policies also provide something similar to a cheat sheet which gives the basic outline of policy coverage and covers the most common medical services. However, you need to be sure that you understand the different things that are excluded under your plan. Many health insurance plans provide limited benefits for services such as mental health, chiropractic services, and occupational health. Even physical therapy and home health care are often limited to a certain number of visits per year.

Co-payment or Co-pay

A co-payment is a pre-determined amount that you must pay a medical provider for a particular type of service. For example, you may be required to pay a $15 co-payment when you visit your doctor. In this instance, you must pay $15 to the doctor’s office at the time of the visit. Normally, you are not required to pay any additional fees — your health insurance company will pay the

How To Find New Coupons

Years ago, finding coupons involved the time-consuming job of searching through newspaper advertisement sections for deals and discounts. Youd search for the coupons you needed and clip them out with a pair of scissors. Coupon clipping was tedious work back then and remembering to take clipped coupons along on shopping excursions was difficult for many people. Still, paper coupons provided good savings and many people used them.

Today, more and more individuals are turning to online coupons.for saving money. Instead of fooling around with newsprint and scissors, they are using computers to find coupons and coupon codes. The Internet offers a wealth of coupons, and savvy users can save a bundle using them. Best of all, there is no clipping or storing involved and you can search for online coupons and codes anytime you need them.

Wondering how to find new coupons? It is surprisingly easy. First, think about the online stores and websites.you frequent on a regular basis. Most of them probably offer some type of online coupons. Each time you are considering a purchase, check the online store or websites you normally patronize for coupon deals. You will likely find at least a few coupons

Trucking Freight? How to Get Truck Loads of Financing with Factoring

As a trucking company owner you are very aware that transportation companies are quite demanding when it comes to cash flow. They need regular cash to be able to meet all the ongoing expenses. As long as cash is coming in at a nice rate, your trucking company operates like a well-oiled machine. But if there is a hiccup in the cash flow, the well oiled machine starts creaking. And if there is a major cash flow problem, gears start flying all over the place and the so-called well oiled machine comes to a grinding stop.

What is the biggest source of cash flow problems for small and mid sized trucking companies? Slow paying clients. Clients that take up to 60 days to pay their freight bills. Although large trucking companies can certainly handle waiting small trucking companies with few power units usually cannot afford the wait. As an owner, you need the money and you need it now.

Is the solution to turn away slow paying clients? Absolutely not. That would be business suicide. The solution is to eliminate the wait by financing your freight bills using freight bill factoring.

The concept behind factoring is very simple. Factoring

Hemorrhoid Facts And Treatments

In the medical world a hemorrhoid is described as an enlarged or swollen vein. Hemorrhoids are somewhat similar to varicose veins that develop in the legs, except that hemorrhoids are veins located in the anus. These veins cushion and protect the anal canal. Pain and problems occur when these veins are stretched and tear under pressure.

Hemorrhoids are a very common medical problem seen in both men and women, usually over the age of 30, with most suffering from hemorrhoids between the ages of 45 and 65 years old. It is estimated that more than a half million people seek treatment for symptomatic hemorrhoids each year in the United States. Of this half million hemorrhoid suffers, 10 to 20 percent will need surgical treatment.

Most medical professionals blame the formation of hemorrhoids on prolonged sitting on the toilet and chronic straining due to constipation. Hemorrhoids are also very common during pregnancy, due to the strain from carrying the excess weight of the baby.

You may suffer from internal or external hemorrhoids. Generally internal hemorrhoids, which are located higher up in the anus are not painful, but you will notice bleeding. Hemorrhoids will bleed bright red blood due to
